Hyderabad 10 yrs exp. folks- Compensation?
If you are working in Hyderabad, and you are from Tier 3 College, but around 10 yrs experienced, what is your total compensation?
Why do people expect packages based on experience? It's what value you bring to the table and whether you grew in those 10 years. Plain numbers without background is just misinformation
Should have specified that it is only for IT Folks. There is no option to edit. Big feature missing
So a FAANG or starts I assume? In that case I have seen experienced devs with 5-6 years earn 30-40+ on base in a MAG. Haven't heard of any Hyderabad based start-ups
There are enough companies which pay 50+ LPA to engineer/pms with 10YOE, even if you are from a tier 3 college, provided your resume has at least 1 good brand/startup in order to get your profile shortlisted , and if you nail the interview you could get 50+ base. P.S- saying this based on my personal experience. My journey…Tier3/4 college —> WITCH(stuck there for 4+ years)—> Tech at IB —> unicorn —> got offers from FANG—> series C startup with 9 yoe making 50+ base
Should be similar to what around top 3 yoe are earning nowadays unless some of these experienced folks actively switched recently.
