Trending @Wipro; Hybrid work policy.

My team sits in a Different location. Is there a way we can get exemption here. The manager insists on a hybrid work model. Anybody having the same situation. How can we get exemption here?

For now, you will have to go as they are not giving any exceptions. But you may look for an exception probably after 2-3 months when things will lighten up

there are no lighten up here on.. i heard wipro has taken SEZ exception from govt for few location where they have to show people coming to office so they are tightening the wfo now on , it will be very strictly implemented by jan 2025
