If theres a wipro holiday, how many days we have to go to office for that week?

2 days only if one day in week is holiday, if 2 days are in week are holiday then 1 day is enough to go in office, if 3 days holiday in week , no need to go.
You can check the hybrid work policy as well.

Exactly thats what I follow. I count leaves and holidays as wfo. I work in 24*7 project. So I have to ask leave separately for it. Does this matter?

Yes, but once check with hr or manager again what they are meaning hybrid for you? Is there any special policy introduced and you are unaware of it.
