Hi, I recently joined CTS, as per my project i got email to be in the office for 2/3 days in a week. I want to ask if i missed entire week or 1 day out of 2 days in a week, what happens? will there be any escalations? FYI, i sit alone at my base location and don’t have any dependency with office.

Chill, depends on manager. Some people i see are coming two weeks straight and then 2 weeks wfh. If no one is asking questions then don’t worry about answers.

Are they checking hours too ?? Because our project don't have any specific project hours and most of the times we stayed only for 1 hour and sometimes even for 10 minutes , so are they going to check hours also for PA to A promotion??? Please confirm anyone
