Hey, I wanted to know one thing regarding our hybrid work policy. As per the policy we have to report 12 days to office. Then if we are on leave for 5 days straight , then also we need to attend office 12 days or is it fine to attend 7 days!!

Most of employees missue hybrid policy till date..but i think HR also trying to use employee mistakes related to hybrid work against them only in terms of increment or VA or promotion..so be alert we dont know how they will use our mistakes to convert in there benefit

Not 100% sure, but I've heard that in case your're leave for multiple days in a month or for straight 5 days, as per your case, then there is some relaxation given
