Based on the medical conditions of my family, I'm in serious need of shifting to a hybrid setup asap.
I'm a data science/analyst/engineer fresher from 2024 batch and have a 12LPA campus placement in Bangalore.
I'm from a tier 2 North Indian city, but wfh will possibly limit my growth given how I'm just starting out. So I'm looking for hybrid options, preferably in Gurgaon so traveling is easy. Any leads?
I understand your predicament, but let me be brutally honest. Freshers should be eager to learn, not pick and choose their work setup. Yes, family is important but so is your career. You're lucky to have a 12LPA job in Bangalore. My advice? Take it. Learn, grow, then think about comfort. Gurgaon isn't going anywhere. And remember, no company will entertain a fresher's demand for a hybrid setup. It's a harsh reality, but that's how the corporate world works.
