Hybrid policy in Valuemomentum

Hi Everyone,

I have got an offer from ValueMomentum (VM) and my Doj is in September. But HR said that RTO policy is 4 days per week in VM. I was expecting 3 days a week. Can anyone confirm from VM that they're following this 4 days RTO very strictly and we can stick with 3 days policy.

Dude if hr told you it is 4 days per week then why are you asking on grapevine?

Old employees may be allowed 2 or 3 days wfo but for new employees it might be different.

Bcos I checked with the current employee from VM, he told me that he was told to come 3 days in a week but not sure about others
