Hi Guys, Is it compulsory to complete 12 days of work from office. I am not able to complete it this month. What would be the consequences for it? Can i talk to HR and somehow make it up as it's not for a medical emergency so i don't think they can help Can someone give me an idea what i can do?

Some of the BUs are made not compulsory like 12 days I heard . Make sure you are not in delivery.

If you haven't got any warning for back to office compliance yet, then it's fine no major consequences. Make sure you should not be on bench in that case you need approval from HR. If you don't complete 12 days during the bench period you may face very bad consequences.

Guys, I have a night shift for a week in one month for which I add swipe attendance manually. So I guess for people like us it should be 7 days a month back to office
