I joined cg in post covid period that time HR told me it's Work from home according to that my package was decided, I m leaving in city which is nearly 150 km away from Mumbai I can go to office once or twice a week For the same can I get permission
My base location is Pune and my home town is nearly 450KM away from my base location. You don't see me complainting. It was quite evident that work from home was just temporary thing and we were always expected to report to office according to the CG guidelines. So based on your reason, no they won't allow that. Instead get a PG and do 12 days continuous per month.
Your HR sold you dreams of comfort, now they want you in Mumbai's chaos. Typical corporate hypocrisy. "Work from home" ka kya hua? What's their next U-turn?
