Hybrid funds for 3-4 years duration

I have been looking for funds to invest for 2-4 years duration, preferably 3. I have come across hybrid funds - Aggressive, Conservative and Balanced. Since they keep some portion of fund in debt, was looking into it for low-medium risk. Have anyone tired them for such duration and how was your experience? Which one is preferred? Any other investment instrument for such time period ?

Invest in an Equity oriented Hybrid fund with atleast 65% in equities.

The tax treatment is better.

Is it "safe". Not entirely. Market risks will continue to be factored in.

Else, FD. Safe and the current Interest rates are at an ATH.

LT/ST gains for equity are different and lower.
