Hunter 350 vs Xsr 155

First time bike buyer. I'm confused between the two. There are certain things I'm looking for Purpose is to travel within Hyderabad city like going to office or with friends to here and there. The person sitting behind should also feel comfortable be it young or old person and so should the riding position as well. Hunter has good features but only issue is mileage and also heard that above 100 it starts shaking and heats up engine. Even the weight distribution seemed balanced on test ride. While xsr I've heard that it's light weight, more mileage, but back seat is not too comfy and engine cover is plastic. Hunteer has higher resale value. Both have different cc engine 350 is much higher than 155 which again makes choosing either difficult. I'm buying the bike for the first time hence require suggestions from you guys.
