How to calculate yoir CTC after getting hike So my CTC was 4.5lpa (base 3.83) Then I got 11.23% hike.
Now my base salary is 4.26. What will be my CTC?
Your CTC for the 1st year was 4.5lpa because it includes 25k joining bonus so if you include this as well with variable pay and insurance it will be 383000+ 32000(v.p) + 10000(health insurance approx) + 25k bonus=4.5lpa
But now you will not get 25k so your CTC is just variable pay and insurance which is 4.26 + .36 + .10 = ~ 4.72lpa approx.
