Humanities stream for CLAT and Law degree
One of my friends son is looking to pursue career in law. He is in class 10 and doesn't like science. He wants to take up Humanities stream and prepare for CLAT. Is that ok? His parents are worried that humanities stream will limit his career choices. He also wants to pursue bachelor law degree abroad.

Bachelor of Law from abroad is a strict no go. Tell him to prepare for BALLB course and then do LLM from outside. You can also advise hin to switch to MBA after LLB. BA LLB open path in corporate else if he is interested in Litigation then simple BA Honours followed by LLB would do but it's quite the grunt work
Most important data points are missing. Is he studious? Is he a hard worker? If so, in today's world any stream is ok. If not, even if he takes Law in school, he won't get into law school.
