Human Resource Business Partner
Hi there, Why do these guys behave as if we are asking their property to be written on our name? For a simple request, despite providing everything they delay for ages. For someone who is suffering, there is no empathy at all. They treat as you are some cheap roadside labor. No greetings, direct calls irrespective of whether someone is available or not. Very rude on calls.Why do they carry this much of attitude ?
I don't know but I really felt like including the new hr head from BFSI and the existing one but didn't want to escalate. Am I the only one facing this ?
Nothing will happen. There is no ethics in this company. Just avoid HRs they are not here to help you. Remember if HRBP is bad, the senior HR is worser, because the skillset needed to progress up is how bad your behaviour can be.
When I have an issue and want response from immediate HR, i keep chasing on mails/teams. If they still don't respond, i loop in their seniors and immediate managers.
This has always worked for me. The senior HR heads reply within 5 min and after that your immediate HR will call you Asap
I hate my account HR from my core. She is such ruthless, rude, un ethical, no sympathy towards employees , nonsense. They show attitude like they rule the organisation. Even everyone hates her. I just cant bear them . Oh god...such a attitude 🤬🤬
Don't work then just chill under her account. When you work hard they get more money
No one actually helps out specially HR, Supervisor, they are puppets only to save their job.
Try to connect with different colleagues and get needed info.
No process , HR, Finance team nothing. Just name sake only.
Well! I met a DM from BFSI unit only who scolded me over phone call just because I did not show up in office and he came to know that client is available to take interview. So, he wanted me to be available immediately with no heads-up and I was not well that day as well.
I am also working in bfsi not sure whether they give me relocation or not.
