It's a place which provides functionality or api to use ML models.
Like fast api is providing models, weight, dataset similarly to them they also provide.
They have pretrained transformer too.

It's like GitHub but for models, pre-trained weights and datasets

GitHub for models, its a place where you can upload open source models, people will star it and shit. You can use any model from it via their cli tools to try out and use. Really really dope idea, a step in right open source direction of AI.
