Huge offer from TCS
My friend got offer from TCS with 50L. He is thinking whether resign from current company and join tcs or ignore the offer as TCS has offer letter and joining letters are different
He should join immediately and start people charging 500 rs per visit to give gyan about how he bagged 50L package in tcs.
It should be 5lpa, they messed up with few zeros
I m one of the HR managers and this big salary always comes with huge variable pay! C3 and above grade generally won’t get their variable pay (0-10%) and at the end he will end up getting same (or even less) take home salary of his previous company!
Please note that the salary of director board employees is less than 50L.

My Friend also got 48 LPA. But it is Valid offer as he is having 17 Years of Experience and cleared 4+1 Rounds of interview in TCS. Only Task is how much QVA is there. You will not get QVA.
His interiview round are also 4. Still the offer not released. So waiting for it on paper

For getting 50L candidate should have experience of more then 20 years of experience else not possible.
