My friend b tech from regions college joined flipkart director engineering stayed jn flipkart till 2020 earned 6 cr vested esop , in 2020 he went to Coupang Korea 3 cr fixed 7 cr esop vestry for 4 years , this year his vesting period end now he has joined zepto vp engineering 3 cr fixed and 8 cr esop , so much money just in job i am struggling in usa with mba from nus stern iit kanpur cs with no green card and struggling with my startup , i am a looser

Sometimes I feel, how much you study and where you study has no bearing to how much you earn in life. Often, it is about being lucky with certain decisions and opportunities in life.
Startup life is always a struggle but stick to it with purpose. You will create an impact that will last for years 🍉
To make that much of CR either cash and/or esop think about how much of health he has sacrificed. Is it worth? Agree money is critical but imo after a certain level i don't want to visit a doctor for monthly blood test.
Your inability to form sentences is holding you back.
