I got offer from HSCB and Accenture both are offering same package which is best yo join insense growth salary increment and environment.? This is really confusing.

I would say that you should opt for HSBC. The reason being that the growth and opportunities in such financial companies would be definitely better than what you'd get in service based IT companies
