HSBC India - Recruiter / HR ( Seeking Advice )

Dear All

Do we have any recruiter here in the bowl, someone in HR who can help me understand why am I seeing many of my applications I made for HSBC roles reflecting as closed with comments " Progressed against different opportunities".

There's one another application which is closed as " Recruiter interview unsuccessful”

I never got any calls from HSBC recruiters and surprisingly all these roles with comment are for a perfect match for me / my skills and experience.

Any advice please?

I applied internally and got the same remarks even though I was just a teams message away. Basically the role wasn't needed or they found someone else so they filled rejection for other candidates with whatever reason they could

Most of the opened job roles are utilised for internal promotions. That's why you see people staying here for 15-20+ yrs.

That’s fine .. but I think point is why opportunities reflecting as Recruiter interview unsuccessful , when none called ..

This stumped me .. it has happened for a few opportunities !
