Hi everyone, I have two job offers: one from HSBC and another from a mid-level company. I have accepted the HSBC offer and bgv going on Both offer a hybrid work model (2 days in office) and are based in Pune. However, the mid-level company is offering ₹2 lakhs more in fixed salary than HSBC.
Does HSBC typically match competing offers? How should I approach the negotiation? Any advice or experiences would be really helpful!

I am on probation period 30 days notice and no one is answering my question instead people asking me questions 😂
Lol Sorry for that! I think they'll match it if its within their budget, no harm in letting them know that you have another offer but you still want to join HSBC they'll match it mostly
What is the other company? Without knowing about the other company i can only suggest HSBC as it is name brand
