HRs plz don't overlook a resume

For you it might be:

  • he has 8/10 required skills but 2 are missing.
  • he is good but had a gap year
  • coming from different culture
  • etc etc...

I believe everyone can be taught and trained to do exceptional work. Don't look for a perfect candidate. No one knows what a person might be going through. Help everyone you can even when there is no hope of their success if you can. Refer as many as you can. most of your referrals may fail, but those who will succeed will remember you for their life (i also do).

Just help everyone you come across in the world.

I dont like the HR. I have time and again insulted them everywhere I could possibly do. But deep down, they do their job that they are expected to do.

Once during hiring, a newbie HR gave my email ID out as well along with the job posting. In one day I got around 450 resumes . I read thru 10 profiles based on the subject line and deleted the rest. Unless it's thru a referral, applications thru job portal are basically a lottery.
In our country it's physically impossible for a HR to go thru all resumes and pick the best. A HR does best to their limits. Business leaders unnecessarily galmorised their job making common workers hate them

Ps. Of the 10 resumes I read 3 were totally different. They simply applied to The job.
