How did it come to this! New way of forcing dress code policies- catch'em in the cafeteria. Open toe shoes, rounded tshirts you have them all here. Is this micromanagement a sign of panicking of not being able to profit more or just a way of making employees more frustrated to make them leave? Who knows!
