HRs are worse than human beings and shameless they think people are there to satisfy their ego
An HR from Infosys just contacted me on WhatsApp and asked about my details I told them I am comfortable talking on a call rather because I will explain better about my past job profile and other details and that shameless person showed attitude and blocked me.

I had gotten a call from hiring manager from Infosys for job. I told him there are some family issues at the moment. I would be able to reply to you as soon as possible.
He just kept asking do you want to join or not. I tried to convince him about my situation. And told him I am looking for 13+ lpa as salary, but need wfh for some time. That rude person just lectured me for 10 mins that you do not have hot skills(apparently for Infosys RPA is not hot skills), and asking for money and you need wfh. He said if you work from office in Bangalore (which is very very far from my hometown), I can give you 10lpa.
I was so frustrated talking to this person.
Yeah bro can understand faced something similar from different vendor who was forcing me to join another company in 45 days even though I clearly told him I have a 90 days notice period. When I told him I cannot join his tone changed suddenly became way rude so then I had to give him a taste of his own medicine.

They think they are next heirs of property of Accenture such rude they are
I don't agree with this. My hiring HR was very bad. I had to call/mail him multiple times and wait for days for his response.
And even after joining the HR system it is so bad, they are forcing us to extend the notice period going above the policies.

These HR people are the reason due to which I moved away from the office and now I work for myself.
I am from infosys. Literally heard a HR saying in English "this is not your father's company" to some fresher on teams call.
God bless that HR. I am not sure how he/she became HR.might be he/she is going through difficult phase of life and hence not have any patience....pray for this type of HR
HRs has no accountability, they do as managers say. These poeple dont have the guts to question any senior employee for any wrongdoing. They come to office, read novels, 1hr lunch break, 2hrs window shopping, 2hr discussion on weekend plans , some random meetings and at the stroke of 5pm when other employees were busy with their tasks, they leave !
I don't understand why but I've met some scummy HRs. So much attitude. I dare these keyboard warriors to disrespect us face to face.
