Few days ago I got a call from a morningstar for a Data Analyst role. I cleared my interview and got a positive response from the managers as well but after completing my documentation HR is not responding. Now I'm trying to contact them back to know the joining dates and offer letter but they are not responding over the call nor replying over the mail.
Not only have I faced this issue with morningstart. This was followed by multiple organisations HRs YES Bank, Hexaware, etc.
HR ghosting is frustrating but sadly common—many companies delay processes due to internal approvals or budget changes. For Morningstar/others:
Email HR daily (subject: "Urgent: Follow-up on Offer Letter")
Call the office landline (ask for HR’s manager if needed)
Connect with hiring managers on LinkedIn (politely remind them)
If still no response after 10 days, move on—they may have frozen hiring.

I went through multiple rounds of interview for a PM role. Been a week now and nothing from the HR. Dropped an email and WhatsApp but to no avail. Any reason they do like this? Is it ok to keep my hopes on or jus chuck them.?
