Hrms in your company

Hey - what’s the hrms you are using in your company? Was researching on Darwinbox versus keka. Anyone who has used either or both? Would love feedback from an employee perspective

Keka is way better than Darwinbox. It’s very easy to use and intuitive. Lot of companies are moving Darwinbox to Keka

From employee pov - all hrms are dull, bad ux ones in general. They are built from low pricing, and help HRs configure all functional workflows perspective - like leave requests, visibility of balances, updates etc.

Assuming cost is sane same, the one that's less head scratching for HR to meet the employee workflow needs, requests fast would be the pick. So speak to HRs about this aspect, as I'm not.

Have been on Bamboo, Greythr, Workday across roles As somebody not in HR never seen problems with any, but definitely Workday was the best in experience as a user

Have used Darwinbox, ZingHR and Oracle fusion cloud HRMS.. out of these, my pick would he darwinbox. Rest two were nightmares from a user experience standpoint.

Using Workday (as an employee) - Clean UI and a ton of features, but slow at times
