Did anyone got HR warning any, those who are not complying to RTO ? We are in 3rd month of RTO starting from Feb...m sure many ppl are still WFH

My colleague got fired for not coming to the office last month after multiple times of reminder and warnings
In the Client project, the client made strict rules that every employee in the client project must come office and work in the office premises.
My colleague purposely not willing to come office and started quarrels with manager not follow the client policy.
Client asked the management to remove him from the project and also client not extended the project
Because of this my colleague was fired
Now because my colleague,our teams are suffering.

I spoke with hr. It is not so serious. Only counselling will be there even it when hr catches. Hike will not be revoked based on rto. So chill

For example ,you are a data engineer . if your project ends and you move to the bench. There is no data engineer project or no vacancy in the data engineer project for you to onboard. Obviously either you need to be on the bench untill you get data engineer project or HR will push you into some other project which you don’t like.
Will you be ok to accept the project which you no knowledge and move on leaving your domain
While reading my comment.you would ask " this question why don’t you search for the job the outside"
Will any company accept the 90 days notice period. Even hr will not shortlist your profile if you inform that 90 days.

My manager yet don't know will hike is there this time for her team. How others are saying there promotion and hike revoked based on rto. Rto exception tool it's still under development of next phase. I think rumors are spreading here.

RTO at the moment is primarily for ATCI folks. All other entities like AO or CF are not yet getting tracked.
