We had this last week. They are doing damage control. Trying to calm people.. 😅 many allocated associates have resigned ONLY due to panic..

I am not HR, but many times HR gets unnecessary flak for the polices which are thrust by higher mgmt. They have to implement that otherwise their job is gone. So real villain is top mgmt.
