I just received a mail stating that the annual pay review letters have been released. I haven't received mine so I'm wondering if this is the case for everyone?

I also have not received and got to know that they are only considering the below factors for eligibility of hike letter:
Atleast few days we logged in from office
Mandatory training to be completed Continuous 3 rating for 3 times not eligible. Even you worked hard doesn't matter if you are not fit in the above factors

Same for me. Happened last year as well.

Last year, got the HR update email on 31st Mar. Got the actual hike letter 4 days after that. Yahan aise hee hota hai 😂
