is HR being too friendly in a rejection mail a sign of soft stand towards candidate?

I know usually HRs are not bothered to let candidates know of their unsuccessful candidature, but this HR of the company i interviewed today was way too friendly. just becoz of this i asked for feedback, boyyy she sent me a detailed mail and even mentioned let her know if i have any further questions 🙏🏻🫣

should i tell just hire me mannn 😅? is there any possibility if they can come back after their denial mail coz of this stand..

let me know somebody got the call again after getting a no mail
