HR spying when you’re Job Hunting
Has someone experienced this: You’re hunting jobs on various portals. You have blocked your current company for safety. HR is aware of your job hunting activities. I mean, is it even possible that management and HR have a way to figure out who in the org are job hunting?

That's too much work for HR. Unless by mistake one applies for the job of the same company, HR is not going to find it.
They are busy with rangoli and arranging motivation games.
While you can block your current organisation (or any company for that matter), if you can get a Naukri login from some other company, you can see who from your company are looking out. Or you can call any friend who is a HR, ask them to do a simple search based on current company and filter the company and see who is looking out.
It’s commonly practiced.
If you are active on Naukri and you’ve not landed a job within a month, the current company knows they won’t find another job and they will not give them any growth/hike.
