HR sent me a Charge Sheet

HR and Manager have been playing with me for the last 8 months because I am requesting them please give me a project release. But suddenly they are blocking my all access and this is 3 times from the last 8 months.

Last time happened on 8th APR 2025 and from that time after 40 days took a break because too much frustration and mental torcher. After that I am trying to request for rejoin but nothing happened only ignoring my mail today just reply to me this Charge Sheet Pdf and mail.

So my question is what is that? What purpose they are they using this charge sheet? What is the next step Rejoin or Termination?

Chargesheets - only HR can send that and before your HR send it to you it goes through multiple level of approval within HR team. Issued by central team which works individually.... To get it issued you need to provide a lot of evidence against the associate as proof for charge given....

So first of all tell us what are the charges and do you have any proof against those charges....

If you do not hace documents against the charges your manager definitely have documents to prove his parts which means charges are right....

Think calmly and retrospect instead of simply thinking you are victim

For a access revocation it is multistep approval process & it happened with you 3 times in last 8months and you still didn't switch?

While taking a break, did you mention taking break due to workload / mental pressure? Did you make it official? Itā€™s always important to talk about oneā€™s mental state formally and thereā€™s no shame in it. It will help maintain a digital trail.
