Trending @Infosys; HR secret camera discussion recording

Hi all,

For year 2023-2024 I was given NI rating by my last project manager(due to personal grudge), later on next day itself I was mapped and allocated to other healthcare project. Now I am currently working in it and later this month without any intimation I was allocated to bench due to last NI rating. I informed the same to my senior project manager as well, but no response.

Later, I informed my project manager that I will stop working in this project since I am allocated to bench. I am good in work in such a level that within next 10mins I got teams call from senior manager and project manager and asked why I was given NI rating by previous project manager and all. Now they are saying what ever work I do in this project will be considered it as Accelerate work it seems.

But my assumption is will they make use of me till the application which I am currently working on gets finished/replacement of other resource is done. And after that will they kick me out.

If this happens I am surely going to record the HR discussion with secret camera and expose the true corporate nasty culture to whole society.

Managers who give NI ratings because of personal grudges don't deserve to be managers. God must safeguard us from such toxic people. Take care.
