12moHR round not scheduled
I got a mail from Infosys HR stating that I have cleared technical round and HR round will be scheduled but I haven't heated anything from 2 weeks should I assume that I am not getting any offer from Infosys and move on

Infosys takes time, for me Interview to offer whole process took more than one month

Did you apply for mangerial role? If yes then forget about it. They are simply passing time by interviewing candidates. If it's a junior role then follow up with the their recruitment cell. Their HRs normally ghost candidates if called or messaged directly.
