Hr round at Opentext For Ux Designer Hybrid role

One of my friends recently got interviewed for Hybrid designer role at Opentext and he is in his finals round of interview which is going to happen Tommorow, Can someone please tell me how much he can ask for this role with 3 years of experience currently having an offer near about 10 Lpa,I even researched about average salary of the people for this role with same years of experience,So on an Average people are earning 14 Ipa for this role.

If anyone from opentext here, Please help me with this.
