HR policy: Notice period

Hi Dudes.. Shall I take risk by resigning and search for a job during notice period? If so, is there anyway to revoke the resignation in last day, if I don't have offers yet? Please clarify.. 🙂

Depends on your own risk taking capacity. Someone who is a sole earner of the house won't be able to take this risk while someone who is young and has no dependents can take the risk.
AFAIK revoking resignation also needs RMG approval. In worst case if your RMG does not approve it on the last day you'll have to leave.
