I am released from project and 1 month left on bench , but I am pregnant (1st trimester) So what are the options for me Should I go for pregnancy leave after 1 month before they plan my exit from company Or they cannot fire if I tell to company that I am pregnant. Firing after disclosure of pregnancy is discrimination. Please save copy of communication sent.
Please disclose and proceed on leave after completing due process.
Also make it clear that you are open for LWP also.
In case you are fired it's an open and shut case in labour court. But will take time, be ready for that.

Tell your company abt your pregnancy first time via official channel only. Don't tell it personally to your manager etc or they will do it dirty...
