Your supervisor must tag you for night shift to receive allowance. It must be done before 15th of every month

360rs per night

I got 360(Night shift allowance)+100(Food Conveyance) per night in 2012. With highly inflated in 2023 I got 360/night. What a great allowance policy. Even non technical resources in the unorganised sector expects double salary for the night shift or some % of increase to their regular salary. Rs 360 as fixed one for last 15 years is cruel joke !!!
