I got my transfer completed my hr is changed so now it hr in my location which has no relation with my project. Can my previous hr take any action on me for not coming to office. In my project no one comes to office very much.

After transfer hr partner is changed and reflecting on portal only my current hr partner can take action against me for not coming to office. Previous hr which was main hr of my current project I am not understanding his hierarchy now. Previous hr send s mail to current hr looping other hr of different location and all people in North for that project. But my hr is not seeing she is not interested in all that stuff.

Can my previous hr take any action against me. For appraisal and everything I have to connect with my new hr partner or previous old one?
