HR Package Discussion

Recently I have given an interview in accenture, now I have to go through the HR discussion for package negotiation. Please help me, how to negotiate, and how much I ask, so that they will approve the package easily.

Also This is my first switch.

Target for 12-15 LPA as per your YOE. Also heard that Accenture usually pays less than 50% of the variable pay.

Just google the salary range for that role and pitch average of that range if you don't have any offers. If you already have an offer then pitch little more than your other Offer.
Or 30-40% of your current salary
