Why HR at TCS $ucks? Recently i raised issue to head HR after getting frustrated from my project, I've followed escalation matrix in my project from Team leads till project leads then project manager... But not satisfied, so I directly e-mail to CHRO MILIND LAKKAD, ab sab ki fati hui h, and they are not even making eye contact, afraid of another escalation, HR WAS very unresponsive but now she call and getting one o one with every employee, still my problem is not resolved So IF ANY HR reading my post then you deserve middle finger salute and please be informed you are good for nothing, Complete waste of TCS, YOU GUYS WILL BE FIRED SOON BY AI REMEMBER THAT...

I am certain that the HRs will be facing direct layoffs because of AI. IBM is an example. They have completely automated the HR operations of the organization.

Worst HR's, i seen only in TCS I recently left .I am sending emails since 1 month to hr and head they are not responding taking lite.my FSS 1 lakh and 26 thousand looted by tcs in name in the insurance ...
