HR/Manager is not responding

Hey all, I am suffering with Bells palsy and on leave since 1 April I have mailed/message to HR and manager with proper documentation multiple times but they are not giving any response. I am asking for work from home for 2-3 months so that I can manage my health and work both. As I am on leave from 1 April, will it impact my leave balance/salary? If so then is there any way to save my salary and leave balance.
