I have a friend who's unallocated for 35 days, she was always going to office 35 days and staying 9hrs at office from 10 to evening 6. But still got the mail.

It only takes one idiot to make an idiocracy. I already said in the comments that I've seen the mail. Just because it didn't happen to doesn't mean it won't happen to others.

They will ask your friend to send resignation email. They will ask her to find project within a week else they will release her with 3 months salary. Since your friend has rto and hours, they might give 2 weeks.
