HR mail for office hours

Did anyone else get mail room HR that minimum 8 hrs needed for WFO?

I have been managing to swipe at gate and take a u turn till now.

Not sure what the consequences are going to be, they already reduced my band i guess based on this(at least this is what my manager told me).

Any comments folks??

In dlf tcs they are asking us to maintain 9 hrs through hr in our odc. Do we need to maintain 9 hours
