HR mail - less than 85%
I had a total of 8 years of exp and working during the pst hours.
Did anyone receive mail from HR for having an index less than 85?
I received it today and he asked me to maintain it from Jan 25 and said it as a first reminder.
Pls suggest what to do?
Maintain attendance, don't over complicate it

Why are you asking a question now? You don't have any option and abide by Else loose variable pay, good ratings promotion etc etc

Yeah.. Received on last quarter itself.. Even got a call also
My variable is getting deducted because of 65% 85% its a normal thing.
I think its a generic email I also got the same even if having 94 % index
