Trending @HCL; HR is asking me to resign
Currently I am on project bench (pre-bench) and after 2 weeks i will move to HCL bench. But in this pre-bench time only HR called and asked for resignation. I am not doing that anyways, but will they try to convince me again and again? They can’t force me to resign right?
They can terminate which will not be good for your resume, but yes until you are on the HCL bench that convincing again and again will not happen. .... My suggestion is to socialize with people within your team and outside to find if any suitable positions are present ... Also try to go to the office daily, I have seen talents in your position get project much easily if they are regularly socializing
How they can terminate me without any valid reason? Also if they are doing that they need to pay me extra right? As i know, the HCL bench policy for my band 2.2 is approx 90 days. So will they pay full amount?
It’s ultimately your choice either to resign or getting terminated. But if they terminate you they will have to ideally pay you severance. I think you can approach labour courts too if you so choose to and win. Recently a TCS techie did not resign and the company was asked to take him back into the same position with restoration of same salary and benefits. Have all salary slips with you and your performance related screenshots. If you choose tot go legal way I’m sure you will win. But do you have the guts to pursue is the question. Next start ups milling yourself. Not with these basic certifications of AI foundations rather start doing projects. Join start up at lower pay if learning is your priority. Once you learn enough you will be in a position to get back to where you are or beyond. All the best!
Hmm last year same situation in my account they release 3.1 cadre later one moved to different team other left found another job. This time i am in worry as they had one mid level and two freshers in team
