Hr interview relief
I faced hr interview more than thrice and finally last day I got allocation. I was kind of feeling I win the war but that's not the things. Now I am tensed if they can give me d band. Now my query is any criteria particularly for d band? It is decided by immediate upper management or the corporate itself???

How many days on bench? And how did you got the project ,through HR

3 months in bench but not that I was irregular. I denied one project then problem arise. I got this project from phillipenes rmg because I reached for another account somehow they want onsite and some process was getting stucked. In between got 8 more project allocation it was rejected by rmg because I denied one night shift project .
