Hr holding release
I was communicated that my last working day in the project will be 5 sep . I lost all my client access but in t its showing allocated . I asked my manager they ate saying hr has holded my release and they are talking to them . They said to nat to talk to hr or drop a mail saying this will complicate situation . Today its 25 but still no progress . Any HR who can advise on. The same.
Your situation is tricky. Document everything and escalate to higher HR if needed. If no progress, consider involving Resource Management Group (RMG). Be patient but persistent.
I am thinking talking to hr will damage my repo with my manager as he said not to talk
Talk to your separation HR first manager will not do anything and if your manager is saying not to talk to HR most probably it’s his mistake that he is trying to to hide once you resign most of the things are in HR
