
Same kind of warning I received when working from home in May month , then i started coming. These people has gone to the lowest level possible.

HR has marked unauthorised absence because I was not reporting to office. This project was WFH since 2020 but in April month they asked team to WFO from designated ODC. But I started reporting from july. They marked UA and stopped the july month salary. So my UA marked for two months although I have worked for client during the period

According to company policy, they are supposed to cut only the QVA and not stop the full salary if an employee is not visiting the office. As per labour law, an employer also cannot stop the salary of any employee entirely.

Unauthorised absence happens when you take the day off without the leave approval from your manager
