HR ghosting me
I cleared all the interview rounds for a role at GE Healthcare but the HR is ghosting me since 2 weeks after we agreed upon the offer verbally. Every day I keep following up for updates but the response I get is that approval has to be provided by global team. Has anyone faced such issues at other companies or is this something that is common.

I felt the same too. Isn't there anything I can do to push them. How should I handle this situation.
Assume you will not get selected and move on. When they do get back ask for a higher number
I work for GE Healthcare and the same thing happened to me when I interviewed. Cleared all the rounds and didn’t hear back anything. They finally sent the offer letter after a month 😂

Better to just move on for other opportunity. TA teams work on priority. If you are not called then this is low priority or you are a safe option for them. Meanwhile if you crack another interview well and good. Its not to blame TA/HR it is the way how hiring works.
Atleast for you she is responding. Mine not answering at all. This is so frustrating. Giving me anxiety attacks having sleepless nights. When u feel u did great in the interview even interviewer mentioned the same. Still no response from her
