Trending @Wipro; Hr forcing me to leave before serving one month of notice period

I have put down my papers on Feb 17th , am on bench and serving notice period Hr is forcing me to leave by March 14th.so can I ask for three months salary as they are forcing me to leave. Please provide me if anyone know about this
